How To Fix Sudden Shutdown From Asus UX31E Laptop While on Battery Mode

*UPDATE: previous software fix didn't really fix the problem. Now going down to the hardware, the battery specifically.
After diagnosing the problem, it comes down to the battery connector to the mother board. For some reason the connector didn't attached very well to the pin. I tried to pull battery connector out, wait for about 1 minute, then plug it back in. And viola, I did not encounter the problem ever since. To be honest, never expect this hardware problem from Asus since it's a known brand for hardware. But I guess no brand is perfect.

Asus laptop are known for sleek looking laptop among ultra-book laptops. However common problem that Asus Ultrabooks have was the sudden shutdown while on battery mode. I did some research online trying to solve the problem but no hope. I tried turn off the vt in bios as some suggested but the problem still persisted. Finally, i found out a way to work around this problem, that's the advanced setting in the battery setting.
On battery: make sure it do hibernate instead of nothing (if not = sudden shutdown)
when it reaches critical level, it will automatically hibernate, typically around 5%.
And there you go, that's how to fix the sudden shutdown without any warning on Asus UX31E
